If we go spiritual successor route it can be called "Societea" which lets you purchase any known items.ġ- Adding new Adventurers and their associated weapons. Also, bulk purchase, better item tags so you don't have to open the wiki for a reminder of what a Holy item is, and just generally more ways to sell stuff, and giving more reference information.Ĥ- Fusion/Crafting overhaul, making it viable for several play styles instead of the late game grind fest for completion.ĥ- Allouette's Emporium, where everything imaginable is for sale! Basically, a giant price hike but you can get hard to acquire items. I love the haggling aspect, but people say its a bit of a sticking point, so in an effort to move away from that we put a focus on the shop floor.ģ- Introducing budgets for item orders. Now only Showcase Items get to be sold like a haggling, and it mostly comes down to people buying from the shelves of the store. I have thought these through and compiling the plans of such to lean off each other, a simple streamlined game with constantly more to learn, but all in all nothing seems to be to out of the way for anything. Which means i am planning on expanding on its two major parts. Introducing new characters, adding quality of life improvements, and just generally making it worthy of existing. I plan to keep that, but add new mechanics and refine some of the rough edges of the game. Its simplistic charm is the staple and standard of item shop genres. Hobby at best, possible publish if it works out. Need at minnimum- 1 Coder, 1 Musician, 1 Artist that has played Recettear or willing to play it.Īgain, this is not a paying job.

Looking to create a sequel to Recettear, i do not own the property so this is a total fan project and or spiritual successor, but if EGS allows us to market it, which can be determined later in development, we can charge money for it on steam and maybe make some money back.
